At APEX LIGHT, we want your home to shine perfectly; if your lighting fixtures aren't a flawless fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in uninstalled condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Securely place the fixture in its original box with all mounting hardware and instructions to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned lighting for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
